When I first signed up to Carly's course, I did worry it might be yet another generic ASD course. It absolutely wasn't! We found so many helpful strategies to help us and I can't wait to discuss my daughter's strategy plan with school and get them to implement parts of it. The course really helped us to focus on our individual child and how we can do our best to help her. Carly is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and I really feel like she cares about the mental health of our daughter. We will definitely be doing more courses with her in the future. Thank you!

For anyone looking for some extra support for their family, practical, logical strategies to reduce stress, anxiety and meltdowns I highly recommend Carly's courses. I have been taking them for my daughter over the past month and it's been a brilliant process to evaluate & understand what's happening, and how I can help. There is a framework but concentrated on your own situation. The course encourages you to assess and see things from their point of view - the whole picture and the finest of details that can make a huge difference. Carly's own experience of living on the spectrum is extremely useful and she has a wonderful way of seeing a situation and how to help but without putting extra pressure on the child. I have gone away with a support plan in place and feel more confident as we have already seen improvements.

I really enjoyed the “Understanding Autism” course and even though I’ve had autism training before I learnt a lot and feel like I understand some things (like executive functioning) much better than I did! Some of the insights you gave will be really useful. I thought the format of it worked really well because the presentation gave an overview and it was nicely broken down into chunks so you could do it bit by bit (although I did do it all at once because I was so engaged in it!)
