This is the first step for all new enquiries.
The initial consultation is a 1:1 session where we explore what’s going on, what support is needed, and begin to share practical ideas that can help straight away. It’s a space to ask questions, share your experiences, and begin to make sense of things in a supportive, neuroaffirming way.
Sessions are held via Zoom and are tailored to you, whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child.
Support for Parents, Carers and Family Members
You might be looking for support with:

What happens next
Following the consultation, we’ll decide together whether ongoing support would be helpful and what that might look like. There’s no pressure to commit, this is simply a starting point.
