Book an Initial Consultation with Carly Steel

This is the first step for all new enquiries.

The initial consultation is a 1:1 session where we explore what’s going on, what support is needed, and begin to share practical ideas that can help straight away. It’s a space to ask questions, share your experiences, and begin to make sense of things in a supportive, neuroaffirming way.

Sessions are held via Zoom and are tailored to you, whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child.

Support for Parents, Carers and Family Members

You might be looking for support with:

  • Meltdowns, shutdowns and anxiety

  • Sleep and sensory differences

  • School systems, EHCPs and SEND processes

  • Education Other Than At School (EOTAS) packages

  • Transitions and planning ahead

  • Family dynamics and sibling relationships

  • Understanding and supporting neurodivergence at home

Support for Neurodivergent Children, Teens and Adults

Sessions may include:

  • Understanding neurodivergence and identity

  • Exploring masking and authenticity (at your own pace)

  • Burnout, anxiety and emotional regulation

  • Life skills such as organisation, planning and time management

  • Study, work and day-to-day functioning

  • Creating more sustainable ways of living through energy awareness

What happens next

Following the consultation, we’ll decide together whether ongoing support would be helpful and what that might look like. There’s no pressure to commit, this is simply a starting point.
